Roles and Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Configure, customize, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM settings, workflows, pipelines,
tags, triggers, and campaigns for internal lead tracking and conversion.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene by maintaining clean, organized, and consistent records for
accurate reporting and performance tracking.
Funnel & Campaign Development:
- Design and manage high-converting sales funnels, email sequences, SMS campaigns,
landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversions, and lead
nurturing outcomes.
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Plan and implement lead generation strategies using inbound (email marketing,
content marketing, social media) and outbound (cold outreach) techniques tailored to
BackTech’s internal business development needs.
Automation & Workflow Management:
- Build and manage automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing, internal followups, and sales communications.
- Identify opportunities for automation within internal marketing and sales processes to
improve operational efficiency.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, funnel effectiveness,
lead conversion rates, and CRM activity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based
on data-driven reporting.
Integrations & API Management:
- Manage integrations between GoHighLevel and other internal tools (email, reporting
systems, VoIP, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as needed.
Internal Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to manage GHL
campaigns, automations, and lead generation initiatives.
- Provide training and support to relevant team members to ensure effective use of
CRM tools and automations.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (GHL)Strong.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, and lead generation workflows
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and automation
- Proficiency in inbound and outbound marketing strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, and data reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and GHL platform update
Preferred Skills
- Experience in API integrations and troubleshooting
- Content marketing and landing page optimization skills
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in GoHighLevel, CRM management, marketing automation, or
digital marketing tools are a plus.
- Project Management & Software Proficiency: Proven experience in managing CRM and
marketing automation projects, with proficiency in tools like GoHighLevel and related
digital marketing platforms.
What We Offer
- PKR 120,000 – 150,000/Month (Based on experience)
