We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams by building, customizing, and optimizing our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM application, workflows, and integrations, as well as experience with dashboard and report creation within the CRM.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage the company’s CRM platform
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports
- Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date in the CRM system
- Train other staff members on the use of the CRM system
- Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrity
- Analyze customer interactions and data within the CRM system to provide feedback and
recommendations for improving customer service and sales strategies
- Identify and resolve CRM system issues
- Optimize and customize existing assets including landing pages, emails, and forms
- Build and maintain automation workflows, lists, and lead scoring models
- Work with internal and external teams to maintain application integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and reliability
- Stay up to date with features, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with CRM
- Experience building custom modules, email templates, and dashboards in CRM
- Knowledge of workflows, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating with external systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in digital marketing or user experience
