Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Bitrix, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), a deep understanding of customer journey mapping, data segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales and marketing processes, and improve overall CRM effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create, update, and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation within the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Develop segmentation strategies and personalized communication campaigns.
- Monitor CRM performance and generate reports on key metrics (lead conversion, customer retention, etc.).
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot CRM issues.
- Train team members on CRM best practices and system use.
- Ensure CRM compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Recommend and implement CRM upgrades and new features as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM reporting, automation, and workflow management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and integration tools is a plus.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, marketing funnels, and lead nurturing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, HubSpot CRM Certification).
- Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing practices and customer journey mapping.
