Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison with our e-commerce agency (website management, performance tracking, backend operations).
- Ensure all products and variants are accurately listed and updated on the website with proper images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Monitor website performance — speed, mobile-friendliness, UX — and propose improvements to enhance conversions.
- Set up and optimize conversion-focused ad campaigns, primarily on Meta and Google.
- Analyze data to track conversion rates, bounce rates, top-performing SKUs, cart abandonment, etc., and propose actionable improvements.
- Manage and update promotional banners, homepage layouts, seasonal collections, and bestsellers on the website.
- Work closely with customer service and fulfillment to ensure seamless end-to-end online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure content and visuals on the website reflect ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor SEO and keyword performance to improve organic visibility.
- Propose ideas for driving website traffic (e.g. affiliate programs, blog content, paid partnerships, etc.).
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a consumer goods, gifting, or food brand.
- Deep understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Ability to think like a digital store owner — focused on merchandising, conversion, and growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
