Job Description:
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team full-time. This remote role requires availability 7 days a week to support our fast-paced marketing operations and ensure timely execution of campaigns, communications, and content delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across digital platforms
- Schedule and publish content on social media, email, and other channels
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external partners to gather assets and feedback
- Track and organize tasks using project management tools
- Perform basic competitor and market research
- Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reports
- Manage internal files, documents, and marketing materials
- Provide day-to-day admin support and ensure smooth team communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working across different time zones and meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Slack, Canva, and social platforms
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or email marketing platforms
- Basic graphic design or content editing skills
- Knowledge of performance marketing or e-commerce campaigns
