About the Role:
Supertouch is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented "Digital Marketing Executive" based at our Islamabad office. In this role, you will support the marketing activities of two core areas of our Pakistan operations:
- ST Workwear – our global garment manufacturing division specialising in workwear, protective clothing, and sustainable apparel.
- Balqees Welfare Foundation (BWF) – our charitable foundation focused on local community development, healthcare, and education initiatives.
You will work closely with the UK-based Group Marketing Manager and local teams to support a range of marketing activities, from content creation and social media management to research, reporting, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies across both ST Workwear’s manufacturing operations and the Balqees Welfare Foundation.
- Support content creation for websites, brochures, newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
- Maintain and update the websites for ST Workwear and BWF, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Coordinate local marketing efforts and events, including charity initiatives and factory-related campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics, website analytics, and social engagement.
- Help produce visual and written marketing materials, collaborating with design and content teams.
- Conduct research on industry trends, CSR opportunities, and local market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, materials, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with teams in both Pakistan and the UK to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or Adobe tools is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under direction from a remote UK-based team
- Interest in both corporate and non-profit marketing
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across multiple projects
