We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a solid understanding of the B2B funnel, excellent hands-on digital execution skills, and the curiosity to experiment with new channels. This role requires experience in crafting and managing digital campaigns across SEO, content, email, and paid platforms, particularly with U.S.-based B2B audiences. You will support full-funnel marketing initiatives to drive engagement, leads, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Build and improve B2B digital marketing strategies using strong market and customer research
- Understand how U.S. B2B buyers progress from awareness to purchase and apply that knowledge in campaign planning
- Analyze competitor marketing funnels to identify traffic drop-offs and MQL conversion challenges
- Plan and launch full-funnel campaigns using SEO, content, thought-leadership articles, email drips, and LinkedIn ads, in coordination with internal and external experts
- Identify and experiment with new marketing channels such as online communities, niche platforms, and podcasts to diversify traffic and lead sources
- Monitor KPIs, report on performance metrics, and iterate based on campaign data
- Work cross-functionally with design, content, and performance teams to ensure cohesive execution
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within a B2B environment
- Proven experience executing SEO, content, email marketing, and paid campaigns (particularly LinkedIn Ads)
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer behavior, particularly for U.S.-based audiences
- Experience marketing through niche channels such as communities, podcasts, or industry-specific platforms
- Ability to evaluate and improve conversion funnels, especially MQL to SQL
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset
