About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Sales Closer, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 Sales Agents, reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and securing business deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5-6 sales agents to ensure performance goals are met.
Provide training, coaching, and development to sales agents to enhance their selling skills.
Make outbound sales calls and engage with international clients.
Present and pitch services effectively to potential customers
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and team performance.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
At least 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Experience in handling international clients is preferable.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
