Business Development Executive Sales Call Handler - Closer
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the real estate industry.
● Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute outreach using email marketing, LinkedIn, whatsapp and other tools.
● Client Communication: Engage decision-makers, handle objections, and build long-term relationships.
● Deal Closure: Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing 4–5 projects per month.
● Coordination: Collaborate with our creative team to ensure alignment between client needs and project scope.
Requirements
● Experience in sales, outreach, or business development, ideally within the creative or digital services space.
● Strong English communication (written & verbal) is a must.
● Familiarity with UAE Real Estate Industry (Preferred)
● At Least 1 year of sales experience
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
● Has at least 1 year of experience in sales closing (real estate is a bonus)
● Communicates with clarity, empathy, and confidence
● Is relentlessly goal-oriented and thrives working independently
● Knows how to manage and follow up with multiple leads simultaneously
● Is comfortable using modern CRM platforms and digital sales tools
