Digital Transformation Manager
Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's, preferably Master’s in Business, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized Institution/University. Qualification in Islamic Banking will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in a digital transformation role with a successful track record of delivering digital initiatives
Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analytics, cloud computing, and other emerging trends.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive change and foster innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and management of digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital opportunities aligned with business goals
- Evaluating and recommending emerging technologies to enhance digital capabilities
- Managing and driving change by fostering a culture of innovation and digital adoption
