Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic E-Commerce Manager with in-depth experience in managing Shopify stores. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing online sales strategy, and collaborating with the investment team to evaluate and grow new store acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about e-commerce growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all online store activities related to traffic, conversion, sales performance, and customer experience.
- Analyze digital trends and market changes to continuously refine and improve e-commerce strategies.
- Develop and execute effective online sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the Investment Analyst team to assess potential e-commerce store acquisitions—reviewing profitability, growth potential, and operational data.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns, especially Facebook Ads targeting Shopify stores.
- Manage and grow influencer marketing campaigns to enhance reach and sales performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends to enhance the customer journey and store performance.
- Optimize website operations, user experience (UX), and conversion rates through testing and iterative improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce platform management, especially Shopify.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and scaling Shopify stores.
- Experience with international brands, particularly clothing, and managing dropshipping.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, profitability metrics, and P&L management.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and performance-based digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in influencer marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, customer behavior, and online conversion tactics.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor performance, traffic, and attribution (experience with attribution modeling is a plus).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in due diligence for e-commerce acquisitions.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Hotjar, or similar.
- Basic Shopify development skills are a strong plus.
