Are you a proactive and results-driven Email Marketing Expert with a knack for lead generation? Abacus is seeking a talented individual to join our team on-site at Shaheen Complex. You'll be instrumental in driving our sales efforts by identifying and nurturing high-quality leads, ensuring a seamless transition to our Account Executives. Timings: 3 pm - 12 am (Monday- Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively identify and generate new leads daily using platforms like Apollo.io and other advanced email marketing/lead generation tools. This includes researching and pinpointing specific customer profiles that align with Abacus's services.
- Email Campaign Development & Execution: Design, implement, and manage highly effective email marketing campaigns, including cold outreach, nurturing sequences, and re-engagement strategies, all aimed at generating qualified leads.
- Sales Funnel Management: Develop and optimize the email marketing portion of the sales funnel, from initial contact to lead qualification, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover process to Account Executives.
- Independent Work & Ownership: Work autonomously to achieve lead generation targets, taking full ownership of the email marketing strategy and execution without constant supervision.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, MQLs generated) to continuously optimize campaign performance and lead quality.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, email content, calls to action, and send times to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Account Executives to understand their needs, refine lead qualification criteria, and ensure a smooth and efficient lead transfer process.
- List Management & Segmentation: Build, manage, and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication, maintaining data hygiene and compliance.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new lead generation techniques to continuously improve our outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in email marketing and lead generation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using lead generation tools such as Apollo.io or similar platforms for prospecting, contact discovery, and email outreach.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel stages and the role of email marketing in driving conversions.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with a strong ability to craft compelling and persuasive email content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including deliverability, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Proactive and resourceful in identifying new lead sources and customer segments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
