What is an Expert Brands?
The Expert Brands role is designed for marketing professionals with strong experience in campaign management, influencer marketing, and ATL execution. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can independently lead end-to-end brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
The role demands ownership of creative development, agency coordination, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking. From briefing influencers and managing shoots to ensuring timely delivery and post-campaign evaluations, this role is instrumental in shaping the brand narrative and driving campaign excellence.
With direct exposure to senior stakeholders, procurement, and media teams, the position plays a vital part in enhancing JazzCash’s brand presence and supporting its mission of enabling a financially empowered, cashless Pakistan. This role is an indivisual contributor, reporting to the Lead Brand & Product Marketing.
What does an Expert Brands do?
1. Campaign Management
- Lead development and execution of digital and ATL marketing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed agency briefs and conduct de-briefing sessions.
- Review creative assets (still, video, animated) across multiple iterations.
- Drive timelines and ensure campaign deliverables are met as per schedule.
- Track campaign performance and assist in post-campaign evaluations.
2. Influencer Marketing
- Own end-to-end influencer management from briefing to content approvals.
- Lead influencer RFQs in coordination with procurement.
- Evaluate scripts, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with brand tone and messaging.
3. ATL (TV/Radio/Print) Execution
- Lead coordination for TVC/radio shoots: pre-production, production, and post.
- Work with creative agencies to refine scripts, ideas, and storyboards.
- Partner with technical teams and procurement on RFQs and evaluations.
- Oversee on-ground shoot logistics and ensure quality of final deliverables.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams (product, activation, finance) and external partners (agencies, production houses).
- Collaborate with the media buying team for planning and execution.
- Ensure smooth alignment across all departments and timelines.
5. Process & Documentation
- Maintain campaign documentation, feedback logs, and trackers.
- Prepare internal presentations, performance reports, and recaps.
- Ensure adherence to procurement and compliance protocols.

Requirements
What we are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert Brands?
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital campaigns, or agency/client-side role.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of ATL and digital content development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with influencer campaigns and/or TVC production.
- Hands-on experience working with creative/media agencies.
- Data-oriented mindset with ability to evaluate campaign outcomes.
