What is Expert ERP/Software Engineer?
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in application development on latest tech stacks, and a strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP and Database technologies. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a 'can-do' attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on both Windows and Linux platforms.
What Expert ERP/Software Engineer does?
· Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java or .NET frameworks.
· Work closely with functional teams to support and enhance Oracle ERP systems.
· Write optimized and scalable database code using PL/SQL, T-SQL, and Stored Procedures.
· Design and automate recurring tasks into jobs, scripts, and scheduling workflows, ETL Processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
· Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be Expert ERP/Software Engineer?
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecom, IT, or related field
· Solid understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and modules.
· Strong command of SQL and practical experience with Oracle Database and others.
· Proficiency in writing and optimizing Stored Procedures, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
· Experience in process automation using scripts or tools for task scheduling and data handling.
· Basic knowledge of shell scripting or PowerShell.
· Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
· Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
· Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a “To-Do / Can-Do” attitude.
· Knowledge of query optimization, indexing, and partitioning techniques.
· Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g., Cron, Windows Task Scheduler, Control-M).
· Basic understanding of Big Data Technologies i.e., Hadoop Ecosystem
· Basic understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automations)
· Exposure to DevOps practices or automation framework
