Junior ERP Functional Consultant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior ERP Functional Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. This role is best suited for individuals who have at least one year of experience working with ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and are eager to grow their skills in business analysis, client communication, and ERP configuration.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will be involved in requirement gathering, documenting business processes, supporting system configurations, and participating in client-facing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and ERP standard functionality.
• Support in ERP module configuration (e.g., Sales, Inventory, CRM, Finance, HR).
• Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to implement solutions.
• Participate in system testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and ensure system quality.
• Provide end-user support and training during implementation and post-Go-Live phase.
• Help manage change requests and enhancements based on evolving business needs.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate updates to internal and client teams.

Requirements:

• One (1) Year of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or related role.
• Understanding of core business processes (Sales, Procurement, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (Odoo experience is a strong plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and timelines under supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
