Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior ERP Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science or IT, at least 2 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience, and a solid understanding of ERP modules and core business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across various departments
- Understand and map business processes to ERP functionalities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely project execution
- Ensure successful system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing
- Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ERP implementation
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, HR, Sales, Procurement, etc.)
- Strong understanding of business workflows and how ERP systems support organizational processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month
