Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level ERP support across Finance and Supply Chain functions.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly.
- Lead or support ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot system issues and offer timely resolutions.
- Prepare user documentation and conduct training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of ERP consulting or support experience.
- Strong understanding of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting).
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
- Hands-on experience with ERP software like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.
- Experience with at least one full ERP implementation cycle.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Nice to Have:
- ERP functional certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials, SAP FICO)
- Project management or business analysis experience
