What is Expert Product Disbursement?
Expert Product Disbursement will be responsible for working on the corporate products of JazzCash. This current JazzCash proposition revolves largely around corporations; it offers disbursement solutions for wallet users, OTC USSD and other banking accounts as well. This role will be responsible for ensuring top feasible solutions are available for the JazzCash customers and new innovative products and features are shipped to ensure aggressive growth.
This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the “Product Manager – Collection & Disbursement” in JazzCash.
What does Expert Product Disbursement do?
Key Responsibilities
· Create & execute corporate strategy, define requirements and KPIs for delivering successful product & features
· Work closely with Technology, Marketing, Design, Planning and other cross-functional teams to develop & launch products and features for JazzCash solutions portfolio
· Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of all products
· Lead and execute cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities to enhance the experience for JazzCash wallet users
· Deep dive into all customer journeys and identify new features and new markets to tap into to achieve business goals
· Responsible for all product lifecycle stages, including product roadmap & product strategy as well as post launch activities, growth of the product, promotional campaigns, operational issues and KPI tracking
· Be the sole product owner of the Corporate Portal and Developer Portal
· Responsible for overseeing and implementing step-by-step developments within the corporate portal, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
· Ensure complete strategic handling of the disbursement clientele and ensure timely delivery of the solutions required
· Identify the right problems to solve and implement the right solutions
· Drive the product development from ideation to launch
· Use data as means to build the roadmap prioritizing based on the cost vs impact
· Responsible for the P&L monitoring of disbursement

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be “Expert Product Disbursement?
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management/Business/Marketing
· 2-4 years of work experience
· Experience working on P&L/Product Development/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/FMCG/Tech industry
· Significant experience & knowledge in product management and product development
· Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems
· Proven track record of analytical and decision-making skills
