- Manage all aspects of export operations, including shipment documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and Incoterms.
- Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Track shipments and resolve any transit-related issues.
- Maintain and update export records and shipment databases.
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service regarding export orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product availability for export.
- Keep updated on international market trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in export operations (preferably in the manufacturing sector).
- Familiarity with export documentation and compliance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software.
- Knowledge of plastic furniture markets is a plus.
