Job Description:
We are hiring a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and basic administrative experience. This role is important for maintaining smooth front-desk operations and providing support to other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Handle front desk activities (visitor log, appointments, messages)
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, stationery)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh candidates can apply)
- Good communication skills in English & Urdu
- Proficient in MS Word and basic computer use
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude
- Must reside in or near Korangi, Karachi
