Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle general inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
- Maintain records of appointments, visitors, and messages.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years or experience as Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.
