Inbox Business Technologies is a leading IT and services company and we're looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our team. The role is responsible for efficiently managing front office operations, including welcoming guests, handling incoming calls, and executing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of daily office activities. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Assist HR/Admin department with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in front desk
- Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
