Job Description,
. Good Spoken, and behavioral understanding, must have good English understanding about International calls, client calls, and supplier calls.
. CEO’s and management are working on what they require from him.
· Answer questions and address complaints
· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages and deliver them to the concerned person.
· Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them to their appropriate department.
· Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
· Check, sort, and forward emails
· Monitor office supplies (Stationary) and place orders when necessary.
· Take up other duties as assigned by Management (travel arrangements, Hotel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
· Scanning Indents and courier indents
· Keep & Maintain records of suppliers' and client’s contacts.
· Handle meeting schedules and invitations.
· Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, and other needed things, etc.)
· Front desk Officer is the face of the company so he should be presentable and behave in a well-mannered way with visitors and guide them properly.
. Should be presentable, obviously she has now how to dress up properly with good manners.
