Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication and support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment (e.g., printers).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
