Aqua Bath is a premium brand offering luxury sanitary and Flexi Stone wall coverings. Our modern display center caters to commercial buyers, architects, interior designers, and retail customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional and well-organized individual to manage front desk operations and support our sales coordination activities.
Role Summary
This is a dual-role position combining front desk management with sales coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations at the showroom while supporting the sales team in handling client communication, documentation, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-in clients in a professional manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Route clients to appropriate sales team members based on their requirements
- Prepare quotations and assist the sales team with documentation
- Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries and orders
- Coordinate internally between sales, warehouse, and admin teams
- Ensure the front desk and customer areas remain clean, welcoming, and brand-aligned
- Schedule appointments and assist in showroom visit planning for commercial clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar front desk, sales support, or administrative role
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
- Well-groomed, organized, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Showroom Location: Phase 8, DHA, Karachi
Showroom Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
