· Greet and assist visitors and clients.
· Answer phone calls and provide general information.
· Manage inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
· Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- 2 - 5 experience in relevant field of educational industry
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
