Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Assist in conducting regular building walks to learn how to identify and report maintenance issues such as HVAC system, lighting, plumbing issues; electrical faults, security system failures, structural problems, door and window misalignments; elevator malfunctions; exterior maintenance; furniture and fixture damage; fire safety equipment status; cleanliness and hygiene concerns; and energy efficiency opportunities.
• Perform scheduled site visits to SCB sites and branch locations to gain comprehensive asset management experience and develop technical knowledge of the facilities' mechanical systems and components.
• Promptly report findings to contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Participate in a structured learning program covering key business support topics, with assignments and modules delivered by industry experts and submit a Portfolio of Evidence at the end of the learnership.
• Support internal space management and team relocation processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
• Assist in coordinating internal office moves.
• Contribute to the organisation of in-house and external events.
• Collaborate with the Building Operations Team to understand and report on Health & Safety status.
• Shadow and support the Facilities Coordinator in vendor management and Soft Service Support.
• Shadow senior team members in building operations and service contract management.
• Assist in tracking and analysing basic financial data related to facilities management.
• Observe vendor selection processes and participate in vendor performance review meetings.
• Learn about JLL's minimum operational audit and safety standards and assist in compliance checks.
• Attend client meetings with supervisors to understand client relation management in facilities.
• Participate in local innovation programs and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Assist in preparing service-related reports and learn JLL's reporting protocols.
• Receive training in facilities management-specific IT tools and platforms.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree/ diploma in a relevant field (Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field).
•No experience required (fresh graduates preferred).
•Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)..

•Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
•Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
•Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
