The Product Intern will support the Product Management team in researching, organizing, and executing product-related initiatives. The role provides exposure to the full product lifecycle, customer research, market trends, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Success. This includes researching, prioritizing new opportunities and features to enable the company to;
a) Stay in the game,
b) Win the game and
c) Change the game as well as identifying products to be retired from the portfolio.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in product management and technology-driven organizations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Assist the Product Managers in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market research, and competitive landscape.
· Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, reports, and documentation.
· Provide support in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technology, Customer Success) to ensure timely updates and alignment on product initiatives.
· Help create and update product-related materials, such as sales decks, value propositions, user guides, and internal documentation.
· Monitor product performance metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new product ideas and enhancements.
· Assist in organizing Voice of the Customer (VoC) activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
· Support product testing, user acceptance, and quality review processes when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
· Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
· Strong interest in product management, technology, or the education industry.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with project management or data visualization tools is a plus.
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
· Analytical mindset with basic familiarity in interpreting data and trends.
