We are looking for an organized and proactive Amazon Inventory Planner to join our Lahore-based team.
Job Summary
As an Amazon Inventory Planner at Ecomspot, you will manage inventory levels, forecast product demand, and ensure our products remain in stock across all Amazon platforms. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining product availability while avoiding overstocking and unnecessary holding costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage FBA and FBM inventory across Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, etc.).
- Forecast product demand using historical sales data, seasonality trends, and marketing inputs.
- Plan and initiate restocking orders with suppliers and coordinate shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Create and manage FBA shipments in Seller Central.
- Analyze SKU-level performance and optimize inventory turnover.
- Maintain strong inventory health metrics (e.g., IPI, aged inventory, stranded inventory).
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure inventory aligns with campaigns and launches.
- Prepare inventory reports and present insights to management regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon inventory planning or e-commerce operations.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and tools like Restock Inventory, Inventory Health, and FBA shipment creation.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
