We are urgently seeking a confident and well-spoken female Call Centre Agent to join our customer support team. This is a remote role, requiring both on-site presence and remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, verifications, or sales purposes
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements:
- Female candidate only (due to team requirements)
- Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in both office and remote settings
- Fluent in English
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week
- Immediate joining preferred
