Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across platforms like Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, and others
- Identify opportunities in local and international markets
- Optimize product listings to boost traffic and conversion
- Handle customer queries, B2B/B2C support, and online engagement
- Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze performance reports, trends, and customer behavior
- Support in planning promotions, sales campaigns, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce/digital sales
- Good understanding of platforms like Daraz, Amazon, Noon, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO is a strong plus
