We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Ecommerce Executive to lead our direct-to-consumer initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C strategy to drive online sales and increase market share.
- E-commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the D2C online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Customer Experience: Design and execute initiatives to enhance the online customer experience, including user interface optimization, customer service, and personalized shopping experiences.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on sales, conversion rates, customer retention, and ROI.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, digital marketers, and customer service representatives.
- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, technology partners, and other stakeholders to support the D2C channel.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the D2C budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CRM systems.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer behavior and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global D2C strategies and cross-border e-commerce.
