Job Summary: A Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality and compliance of products or services within an organization. They work closely with different departments to establish and enforce quality standards, implement quality control processes, and ensure that products or services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare appropriate reports
- Entertain the complains of internal an eternal clients
- Perform regular inspections, tests, and processes, or services to identify deviations from established quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, update, and maintain quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
Timings: Morning Shift
Working Days: 5 (Monday - Friday)
Experience: 1 year at least
