Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery & Logistics Management
- Lead the daily delivery dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor rider availability, address operational issues, and optimize delivery performance.
- Maintain effective communication with riders to resolve concerns, delays, or complaints.
2. Packing & Inventory Oversight
- Supervise packers and checkers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order packaging.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock availability and minimal discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits to track inventory movement and stock levels.
3. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Lead customer service teams in handling queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, refunds, and deliveries.
- Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. E-commerce Platform Expertise
- Manage operations across platforms such as Foodpanda, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
- Ensure proper catalog management, pricing updates, and promotional execution.
- Track sales performance and optimize online store functionalities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of Foodpanda, Shopify, and WooCommerce portals.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in service and operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
