Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Female Social Media Marketer to develop and execute social media strategies for ViseTech and our international clients. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and building brand awareness across various platforms. Your experience with UAE and/or UK clients will be critical in tailoring content and strategies to meet the cultural and market-specific needs of these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement for ViseTech and its clients.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
- Design and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to achieve marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, particularly in the UAE and UK markets.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven experience working with UAE and/or UK clients is a must.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and market trends in the UAE and UK regions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to different brand voices.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate:
- Female candidates are preferred for this role due to the nature of the position and workplace requirements.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (PST).
- Occasional flexibility may be required for client meetings or campaign launches across different time zones.
