Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions. You will work across various digital platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate high-quality content for various digital channels including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and create engaging content to foster community interaction.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), ensuring maximum ROI.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Utilize A/B testing and other techniques to optimize landing pages and funnels, ensuring high conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding across all channels.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
