We are in search of a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee and enhance our clients' social media presence. This role involves developing engaging content, managing ad campaigns, collaborating with clients, and leading a talented team. The ideal candidate will also work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive content that aligns with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
1. Manage and oversee all social media accounts for multiple brands, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
2. Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media posts, fostering engagement and community growth.
Content Creation & Strategy
1. Develop and implement content strategies that align with each brand’s voice and goals.
2. Regularly assess content performance, using insights to improve reach and engagement.
Client Communication
1. Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding and translating their needs into social media strategies.
2. Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to meet evolving client objectives.
Ad Campaigns
1. Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
2. Use data to refine ad performance, ensuring optimal ROI and brand alignment.
Team Leadership
1. Lead and mentor a team of social media coordinators, content creators, and designers.
2. Set goals, provide direction, and evaluate performance to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
Collaboration with Design Team
1. Coordinate with the design team to ensure content aligns visually and strategically with brand guidelines.
2. Provide feedback and direction to designers to create graphics and videos that resonate with target audiences.
Content Generation & Strategy Development
1. Continuously brainstorm and implement new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to drive innovation in social media campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ad campaign management, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and social media trends to maximize organic reach and engagement.
Strong content creation skills, including writing and editing for various formats (posts, articles, video scripts).
Capable of multitasking and managing pressure, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
