The Finance Intern will support the finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations at CODE Informatics. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic startup environment. The internship reflects CODE Informatics’ commitment to professional development and social responsibility by nurturing emerging talent in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain financial transactions using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Reconcile and manage petty cash balances on a regular basis.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital financial documents and records.
- Assist in processing payments, preparing invoices, and managing receipts.
- Support monthly closing activities, including reporting, data entry, and reconciliations.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates enrolled in CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or ACCA (Finalist) are also encouraged to apply.
- No prior full-time work experience required. Internship or academic project experience in finance/accounting is a plus.

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is highly desirable.
