Sales Executive – Freelance Platform Specialist (Upwork or Fiverr)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team with a focused role on one freelance platform (either Upwork or Fiverr). The ideal candidate will manage and grow our presence on the selected platform, handling bidding, lead generation, client communication, and project closing to drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid daily on relevant projects to acquire new clients.
- Communicate professionally with potential clients to understand their requirements and pitch suitable services.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects through well-crafted proposals, follow-ups, and negotiation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Keep detailed records of bids, client interactions, and project statuses for performance tracking.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: PKR 35,000 – 70,000 / month (based on experience and performance)
- Commission: Handsome commission structure based on successful sales and closed deals — the more you close, the more you earn!
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development — especially on Upwork or Fiverr
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of digital services (web development, graphic design, SEO, content creation, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets
- Familiarity with bidding strategies and freelance platform algorithms for better visibility and conversions
