Sales Specialist (Fiverr & Upwork)

Location: Chandani Chowk branch,

Cover Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Specialist who is proficient in leveraging platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. This role requires someone who can meet target-based goals and has expertise in E-commerce and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance platforms.
• Manage and expand client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets related to lead generation, client acquisition, and project delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in E-commerce and Real Estate to provide relevant solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects and ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain a strong portfolio and track record on Fiverr, Upwork, and similar platforms.
• Utilize social media, emails, and other channels for lead generation and business development.
• Prepare detailed market research and reports to guide strategic decisions.
• Work efficiently and productively to meet target-based goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, particularly on Fiverr and Upwork platforms.
• Proven success in meeting target-based goals and achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the E-commerce industry and the Real Estate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO, digital marketing, or web development is a plus.
• Prior experience working in the real estate or E-commerce industry is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of design or development services to offer clients in real estate or E-commerce.
