We're looking for a Founding Engineer to lead the technical vision and build our MVP. You’ll work directly with the founder, help shape product decisions, and own the early tech stack.
What you’ll build:
- Our predictive matching systems
- Scalable backend + intuitive frontend (MVP-quality first, modular for scale later)
- Candidate & employer dashboards
- Tools to track engagement, sentiment, and onboarding behavior
Your responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and development of the MVP (mobile-web preferred)
- Collaborate on product design, user flow, and feedback loops
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML logic (lightweight models or rules-based engines)
- Eventually hire, manage, or interface with other developers
You might be a fit if:
- You’ve built or shipped products at an early-stage startup (especially MVPs)
- You’re full-stack or know how to assemble a small dev team
- You enjoy turning ambiguous specs into lean, elegant systems
- You’re passionate about making healthcare work better—especially for caregivers
- You’re comfortable working with equity compensation (vested), with cash potential post-raise
