Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff, while also managing administrative functions to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, train, and manage front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Communication & Coordination: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Scheduling & Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings for clients and staff.
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and preparation of documents and reports.
Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to office security protocols and company policies.
Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in front desk operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or hospitality is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a front desk or customer service role; experience in real estate or related industries is advantageous.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, excellent multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
