Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team in ISB. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with clear and accurate information.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked and presentable.
- Handle correspondence and maintain records related to visitor traffic and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an office environment..
