Global Healthcare Recruiter - JD
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Global Healthcare Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be familiar with healthcare roles such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Technologists, and Allied Health professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a mission-driven recruitment team focused on quality healthcare staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for US healthcare positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
- Source qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, MTs, etc.) from international and domestic talent pools.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and databases to build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates.
- Conduct in-depth screening calls to assess qualifications, certifications, clinical experience, and visa eligibility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with immigration teams and hiring managers to ensure compliance with credentialing and licensing requirements (e.g., NCLEX, IELTS, Visa Screen).
- Provide market insights to enhance recruitment strategy and pipeline forecasting.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure all recruitment practices align with U.S. healthcare standards and client-specific needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (international recruitment preferred).
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, licensing processes (e.g., NCLEX, CGFNS), and immigration categories (H-1B, EB-3, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to candidate quality and compliance.
