HR Recruiter Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Location: Bahria Phase 7 Rawalpindi Onsite
Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to support the company's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Post job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports as needed
Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of relevant recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
