Graphic Designer / Web UI (E-commerce & IT)

About the Role
Create professional, enterprise-style web UI (home, services, mega-menus, case studies, blog layouts), plus e-commerce visuals and social content for our store and IT consultancy brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Website UI/UX (Primary):
- Design page maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma or Canva (Figma preferred).
- Build responsive layouts, components, and a lightweight design system (grids, spacing, color, type).
- Prepare developer handoff (annotations, redlines, exports: SVG/PNG/WebP), maintain asset library.
- Design enterprise-grade sections: hero areas, service pages, thought-leadership/blog templates, CTA banners, and mega-menu structures.
- E-commerce: Product image edits, promos, seasonal banners, marketplace-ready imagery.
- Social & Blogs: Post/carousel designs, thumbnails, simple motion for promos.
- Collaboration: Work with content/marketing/dev to iterate quickly and keep brand consistent.
Must-Have Skills
- Figma (preferred) or Canva — mandatory.
- Figma: Auto-layout, components/variants, styles, prototyping.
- Canva: Brand Kits, reusable templates, web-ready exports.
- Photoshop & Illustrator for image work and vector assets.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color; ability to design clean, enterprise web visuals.
- Basic web awareness: breakpoints, image optimization, accessibility basics (contrast, legibility).
- Communication in Urdu & English.
Nice to Have
- WordPress/Elementor or Webflow familiarity (for smoother dev handoff).
- Basic video/GIF edits (Premiere Pro/CapCut) and simple Lottie/ motion.
- Understanding of IT services to visualize concepts for case studies/blogs.
Portfolio Requirement
- Share links to Figma/Canva files and live work.
- Include at least one professional website or multi-page landing you designed.
KPIs
- Consistent, dev-ready files and on-time delivery.
- Improved engagement/conversions on key pages/banners.
- Organized, reusable component library.
Screening Task (short)
- Homepage hero + mega-menu concept: Dark theme, headline, subtext, CTA, enterprise feel.
- Service detail page section: Problem → Solution → Outcomes + CTA.
- Deliver a Figma/Canva link and exported web assets.
