Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Create detailed sales plans, campaigns, and initiatives that align with market trends and customer demands.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly to ensure competitive advantage.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and goals.
- Hire, train, and mentor new sales staff to improve team performance and productivity.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients and investors.
- Dealer Networking:
- Develop and manage relationships with real estate dealers, brokers, agents, and third-party sales channels.
- Expand the company’s dealer network by identifying and onboarding new dealers and agents.
- Provide dealers with the necessary tools, training, and support to sell the company’s properties effectively.
- Monitor dealer performance and work closely with them to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong partnerships with external sales partners to increase market reach and generate leads.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Set individual and team sales targets in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Regularly track and report on sales performance, analyzing trends and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports for senior management.
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the company’s brand presence and attract potential buyers.
- Budget & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Provide sales forecasts and projections to support the company’s financial planning.
- Market Expansion & Networking:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and business avenues to expand the company’s presence.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and attract new business.
- Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure contracts, documents, and agreements are properly prepared and executed.
- Project Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure sales strategies align with project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide feedback from clients and dealers to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
