Position Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales division. This is a senior management role ideal for professionals with a strong pharmaceutical sales background who understand the regulatory landscape and dynamics of the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
- Strengthen relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and product development teams to ensure market readiness and positioning.
- Ensure sales processes comply with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the healthcare manufacturing industry will be considered an asset.
