Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Call Center Agent to make outbound calls and pitch our services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong focus on customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, maintaining accurate records, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present our services
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, including customer information and sales data
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
