Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies
- Support in training coordination and talent development initiatives
- Collaborate with store and area managers to fulfill manpower needs effectively
